Replacing it was easy and I actually used this cleaner I use on my carbon fiber in my truck it looks brand new again

I had the old strap and was interested in upgrading the strap with a plate. It is an excellent fit and functions just the same. Better looking IMO, but being it not too costly, I would highly recommend you check one out and test it out for yourself.
Easy to install and works well.
